Warm ups: Good Mornings, Cherry Pickers – 15

BLIMPS – Burpees-5, Lunges-10, Imperial walkers-15, Merkins-20, Plank Jacks-25, Squats-30

Ran to the big hill by the parking lot to do 11’s starting with Dry Docks and then Fredy Mercuries at the top.

Moseyed over to do four corners starting with merkins then back peddling to the next corner to do WW1 then a bear crawl to the next corner to do some plank squats then a sprint (or front peddling as I called it) to the last corner to do WW2s.

We finished by partnering up and doing 75 inclined merkins between the groups. while one partner was doing incline merkins the other partner was running up and down the stair well. We did the same thing but with 50 dips.
