YHC thought it was a great day to be out in the gloom with fellow PAX.  It is the middle of July and could be a great opportunity for many PAX to fartsack.  The truly mighty showed what it takes to be called a part of F3 Nation.  YHC had a perfect day, that is until I tripped over the curb and fell hard to the pavement.  My brother Tonka was quick with the response.  I think he was impressed that an older man like me could get back up and keep running.  To that I say, “Never Give Up, Never Surrender.” I knew that the end was in sight and 2.5 miles later, I returned to the Town Commons feeling good about the run.
