Jack Frost made it a balmy 32 degrees this morning at The Commons, but 18 PAX showed up to fight the elements.

The Runners

Jack started out the gate quickly, but Slim Jim and the runners showed their speed and agility by tag teaming two different routes to victory.  One group chose the 5.3 mile challenge of the Greenway, while another group went the distance including a 6.3 mile run through Brook Valley.

The Ruckers

YHC got things heated by leading the ruckers down 1st street, then to 5th street, up/down the parking garage and back to the flag by 6:30.  The power, endurance, and motivation of these men proved to be too much for ‘ol Jack.

Mumble Chatter was welcomed and there were great conversations had by all.  Some may have even caught a contact buzz around Tar River Estates from what I heard.  All in all, we all enjoyed the comradery and even learned a little more about each other.   An hour + well spent if you ask YHC.

Ruckers, I posted pics and Name-o-rama on Twitter and Slack for everyone.

Runners, Slim Jim will be mailing out pics to each of you via the Post Office, so be on the lookout.

COT

  • Praise for Grammar’s 2.0
  • Praise for Fruity Pebbles’ niece
  • Prayers for PAX 2.0s.  We should all make an effort to bring our sons out to post so we can be the support they need when dealing with emotional situations.

Thank You, String Bean, for the Q Opportunity.
