What a awesome morning run with my F3 brothers at #TheCommons. 20 PAX accumulated 6+ miles.

Thankful to have been head locked by Past Due about a year ago and introduced to F3! Thankful for Strokes for his leadership and example of how to make #TheCommons the best AO. As I take over today as SiteQ for #TheCommons, I look to continue the growth and enjoyment of this AO. If any PAX have ideas, send them my way.

The Thang:

Departed #TheCommons heading north on Contanche to the parking deck where we made two laps up and down the deck, bottom to top. Returning for the six at each major intersection, we continued north on Cotanche to Charles Blvd. Followed Charles Blvd then left onto Greenville Blvd. Followed Greenville Blvd then left onto Elm St. Followed Elm St to 1st St. Left on 1st St and back to #TheCommons.

Prayer Requests:

Aquaman for healing of his ankle.

Sky Fortress for strength for his wife, parents, and brother. Healing in both of Sky Fortresses heels and they bother him during and after runs.

Praise:

Cousin IT begins his new job tomorrow.

Opportunities:

Bono reminded us as we evaluate growth and opportunity to maintain balance in our lives, and especially with our family circle. Family focus.
