String Bean put out the call yesterday for a ComRunQ and ComRuckQ. Showboat and YHC answered the call. YHC had some ground to cover that didn’t get covered a few weeks ago with his last Q! YHC woke String up on the way as he was sitting at the Evans/Gville Light half asleep, it was earlier than his normal arrival so… We drove up to find 2 FNG’s, this set String back even more because of one of them being Ricky Bobby’s brother, but which one? Showboat gave in to YHC to write the BB since running was more popular than rucking this am! This was a much better turnout on both sides this am though. Showboat made a comment after YHC gave his route about not leaving anyone behind, though they left a minute early with Aquaman trying to catchup.

The Run Thang

Head down 1st to Greene, take a left, then another left on 4th. The instruction was for the fastest PAX to turn around at the end of the street. When they got back to you go with them/turn around.

Then made a right onto Greene, then another right on 3rd. With the same instruction as above. This has to be one of the hilliest roads in Greenville. YHC was glad to make it to the Summit when they came back.

Then made a right onto Greene, then another right on 2nd. With the same instruction as above. PAX were much happier with a shorter, less hillier road.

Last right turn onto Greene, then another right on 1st. Told PAX to watch their time and turn around to make it back to the #ShovelFlag by 0630!

The Ruck Thang

PAX went up to Cotanche, we spotted them going in the parking deck as we went down 4th. At some point they made it back to 1st as we spotted them at the end. They stayed somewhat together, but had a BIG SIX!

BOM

T-Bone spoke about his 2.0’s friend that was violated.

YHC had a praise for the Burpee Bet on the Minnesota-Michigan game, Gopher had to do 73 Burpees!

YHC closed us in prayer.

COT

T-Bone mentioned during his prayer request about a training that would occur on how to help our 2.0’s.

String Bean mentioned the new QSource Book Discussion, Stepping Up! Was awesome to have at least 14 PAX there. It’s gonna be good, get involved to make yourself a Courageous Man!

Moleskin

The Run Thang worked, we all stayed somewhat together and the PAX were able to meet their goals. Awesome to have the 2 FNG’s join us! Their names were easy for YHC and the PAX to identify. For Mark, YHC thought of the former Utah Jazz Center “Mark Eaton,” but mention using just Eaton, this stuck but as “Just Eatin’.” For Brian Wilson, it was simple because that was the namesake of the Beach Boys drummer and Brian like the Beach, he got “Good Vibes,” after their hit song “Good Vibrations.”

Also good to meet “Dirty Santa,” rolled up on his bike after getting chased by a Coyote to take our picture!

YHC wants to share this message more. F3 is what you make it to be! If you post once a week and get what you want out of it, great! YHC and others take full advantage of multi-week posts, plus joining any possible 2ndF (lunches, etc) and 3rdF (QSource, Community Service, ShieldLock, etc) events. Have questions or want more, check the calendar, stay engaged on Slack, or ask YHC how you can get more of this awesome LEADERSHIP group! The more you engage, the more you get!
