I’d been trying to come up with a workout for several weeks and wasn’t sure what to do.  Last night came quick and I had to decide but wanted it to be different from our norm.  I still wasn’t too sure about it but I pushed through and it went like this…

Warm-Up

  • Slaughter Starter (20 Burpees OYO)

The Thang

  • Do-Ah-Diddy
    • Round 1: 10 Merkins
    • Round 2: 20 Squats
  • Paused at the Playground behind the Baseball fields for a 6 Pack
    • 1 Pull-up, 5 Merkins; 2 Pull-ups, 4 Merkins; 3 Pull-ups, 3 Merkins, 4 Pull-ups, 2 Merkins, 5 Pull-ups, 1 Merkin; then Flip 5 Pull-up, 1 Merkin all the way back to 1 Pull-up, 5 Merkins
  • Back to Do-Ah-Diddy
    • Round 3: 30 LBCs
  • Forties at the Picnic Tables
    • Dips and WWIIs
      • 30 Dips, 10 WWII; 25 Dips, 15 WWII; 20 Dips, 20 WWII; 15 Dips, 25 WWII; 10 Dips, 30 WWII
  • Mosey to the Gazebo for Mary
    • Scotty Moe started us off with Crab Cakes that he learned while in Myrtle Beach
    • Tiny Dancer: Imperial Walkers
    • Bartman: Hallejuahs
    • Badboy: Diamond Merkins
    • Magic: Overhead Claps
    • YHC: Air Thrusts and American Hammers
    • Scotty Moe finished us off with what we now call “Benches” (T-claps to Bench)
      • Flutter Kicks until you can’t kick any more, roll over and do 3 Merkins, Repeat!
