- 1 Pull-up, 5 Merkins; 2 Pull-ups, 4 Merkins; 3 Pull-ups, 3 Merkins, 4 Pull-ups, 2 Merkins, 5 Pull-ups, 1 Merkin; then Flip 5 Pull-up, 1 Merkin all the way back to 1 Pull-up, 5 Merkins
- Back to Do-Ah-Diddy
- Round 3: 30 LBCs
- Forties at the Picnic Tables
- Dips and WWIIs
- 30 Dips, 10 WWII; 25 Dips, 15 WWII; 20 Dips, 20 WWII; 15 Dips, 25 WWII; 10 Dips, 30 WWII
