TD, Scotty, and myself started at 5:00 for a little EC recon and run, with the other 5 showing up and 5:30 we began!

The Thang:

7 SSH

7 Burpees

14 SSH

14 Burpees

21 SSH

21 Burpees

Mosey .5 mile to adjacent park that had pull-up bars.

5 rounds of Colonel Troutman

3 Good Pull-Ups

5 Hand-Release Merkins

After 5 rounds in same partners each person completes 15 additional pull-ups and taking a break to complete a team total of 30, or 45 for the group of three.

Finish with the merkin wave, 10 merkins down the line, and mosey back to the doughnut shop.

Two laps of Catch me of you can with partner A running, while partner B does 5 jump lunges.

Mosey back to the flag for some Mary and then….6:15.
