Warm Up: Good Mornings x 15, Don Quixotes x 15, SSH x 15, High Knees x 15, Peter Parkers x 10, Merkins x 10

Tha Thang: Mosey to the wall with the really long bike painted on it.  At this location, the PAX commenced what I would like to trademark the “Waller Bear” which consists of the PAX lining up in plank position in front of the wall (head towards the wall) and in cadence completing a wall merkin. After one merkin, the PAX member at the end bear crawls down to the opposite end and the PAX completes another wall merkin in cadence.  This is repeated until the PAX reaches the predetermined destination (which was the other end of the painted bike on the wall).  The PAX then moseyed to the church down the street but YHC fell short of where we were so we made a stop off in the funeral home parking lot where we partnered up and completed 100 merkins, 150 squats, and 200 LBC’s while the other partner karoked down the parking lot and back (alternating partners).  This is where the PAX saw an individual (who looked like a lady but we found out later was a dude)  sitting in their car not looking so hot.  The PAX then moseyed to the church and completed 10 merkins with a jail break down the parking lot and back (for my sanity).  Then we journeyed back to the gazebo in the commons via an Indian Run and completed Step Ups, Dips, Box Jumps, and Elevated Merkins (20 reps each) OYO.  We finished off the beatdown with some assorted marys until Scotty Moe pulled out his personal favorite, the bench where we had to do flutterkicks for 2 mins straight and every time you dropped your legs, you had to do 3 merkins.
