First off apologies for the late post

19 HIms and one 2.0 decided to start their week off right by gathering at the Flood Zone on a beautiful Monday morning

Warm up:

  • Pledge of Allegiance
  • SSH (cadence) x 10
  • Good Mornings x10
  • Arm burners x 10 (forward, backward, seal clap hallelujahs)
  • Kettlebell swings x10
  • Kettlebell curls x10
  • Jog to the stop sign and back

The Thang:

YHC borrowed some kettlebell exercise cards from Mayhem and for 15 minutes we went around the circle while different PAX drew cards and we did the exercise that was on the card. About 20 different exercises for about 15-20 minutes. Good way to learn new kettle exercises!

Next we partnered up and while one partner overhead carried the kettlebell to the Rock and back the other partner was doing overhead presses. Kept switching until the team got to 100 presses.

Did same but did kettlebell swings to 100

Had about 5 minutes left so spit into two groups and had a little race! put all kettle bells about 40 yards away and each PAX would sprint to the bells, grab one and sprint back and tag next PAX until every one went.
