Sometime last week Pied Piper blindsided YHC and asked about Qing. #TheGoodFight is one of our best Fitness posts available. YHC would be there and could come up with something, so of course it was accepted. This week has been busy, normally YHC would have a Backblast out hours ago (we’ll see if it gets posted before Belly Dancer’s VQ or San Fran’s Q). Works been busy lately, Momma (in Forrest Gump tone) always said “You get paid for what you know, not what you do.” Nights hadn’t been any slower either; Monday was busy after work with 2 extra workouts/running. Tuesday night was BRR meeting. Worked last night on Phone Conversion till 2200. Ready to be home and stay there till it’s time for work tomorrow morning. The numbers have been lower lately at the site, so thought 7 stations would be way more than enough. When YHC arrived around 0510 at least 4 other PAX were already there. Maybe they were carpooling to other sites or something? No, they stayed and the rest of the spots in the lot were soon full. Well there was one that got filled up right at 0530, saved you one Strokes.

The first Set of Reps was a Pyramid of the following:

10 Swings
10 Curls
10 Extensions
10 Presses

When the Reps above were completed, they would swap with their partner at the station. When both were completed, they would Mosey to the Shelter and do Picnic Table Sit-ups for the Six .

When we Moseyed back (RECOVER, haha), Reps would go up to 15 (then 20 and back down). Groups advanced to the next station.

The next Set of Reps was a Pyramid that did not finish construction:

10 Figure Eights
10 Chest Presses
10 Right Arm Suitcase Rows
10 Left Arm Suitcase Rows

When the Reps above were completed, they would swap with their partner at the station. When both were completed, they would Mosey to the Shelter and do Foot Release Squats for the Six.

When we Moseyed back (RECOVER, haha), reps would go up to 15. Groups advanced to the next station.

Awesome to have 2 FNG’s, Welcome again Egg Yolk and Steamer. Realized during Name-o-rama that I knew Egg Yolk. Him and his wife spend a good amount of time working with Special Needs children. Durantually (our 2.1) has Aspergers (High Functioning Autism) and played in Basketball League (AYBL) that Egg Yolk is involved with. They had their first 2.0 about 3 weeks ago! Steamer came with King Pin, so you know he will be influenced and becomes a #HIM!

Thanks to all that posted and put in work! I appreciate your patience and working with me on modifications (I think the prayer time was cool that way)…
