Warmup:

  • Run to the track
  • 5 arm circles.  We got warm.

THE THANG:

  • PT Test #2, THE DEUCE
    • 100 burpees, run 1 mile, 50 burpees, run 1 mile.  Complete in under 35 minutes OYO.  DON’T QUIT.
  • Back to the flag.

  • Half Pipes half marathon this weekend.
  • Praise: everybody made it through the GRT and GRL this past weekend safely.

Moleskin:

  • In training for the upcoming GoRuck Heavy, our cadre sent out this workout to train with and to be prepared to do as well as the other standard PT test.  Having the chance to Q, I told Ma Bell last week that this was what I was going to.  I know it was not a popular or even fun workout, but we all finished and we all got better together because of the push that we had from each other this morning.  Keep working hard and embrace the suck.  You’ll be better for it.
