We then counted off and divided up into 2 teams and the fun began.  After scoring a TD the scoring team picks and exercise and the winners perform 5 reps and the losers perform 10 reps.  During the game we did:

Copperhead Squats

I always forget how much fun ultimate football is when I haven’t played in a while.  It provides a great workout and a smile on my face.  The competition is fierce but not mean spirited.  Everyone seemed to have a good time.

After the workout a few pax met at the W’ville Chick Fil A for coffeteria.  Good workout and good fellowship.
