YHC took a pinch hit for Bench as he had a prior commitment at Church. Came up with the workout last night and it went something like this.

Warm-up: SSH (IC), Good Mornings (IC) and Mike Phelps (iC).

The Thang:

  • Mosey to the front of the Church and performed a Jack Webb 1/4 merkins/hals in cadence.
  • Walked to the middle part of the church and partnered up. One partner would hold peoples chair while the other ran around the back part of the church. Flap jack on the return and next round was B2W with the same concept.
  • Moseyed to the back parking lot for some ladder work. Exercises were Burpees, Jump Sqts, Curkins and Dry Docks. The reps were 5/10/15
  • Grabbed a different partner in the back and did peoples chair while other partner ran around big side of building with a flap jack.
  • Mall walked to the last parking spot for different exercises down each parking row. Row 1 was lunge 3 spots and do 3 WW1s entire row, row 2 was bear crawl 3 spots and do 3 WW2s entire row and last row was broad jump 3 spots and do 3 v-ups. 6:15
