YHC stepped up to the call for a Q and the PAX are better for it!  Lately, routes just come to me like a masterpiece to an artist or composition to a musician, I mean it’s the damndest thing.  So this divine route came together like this…

THE THANG

Away from the shovel flag, Left at Greene street – Right on Dickenson – under the nipple, Right on14th st to 10th – Right and up and over the nipple.  Right at Evans heading south – left on the Greenway and out to Charles.  Left on Charles to KK, Right on 10th to Founders Drive, Left through the university and Left on 5th st.  Heading back “downtown” I was leading the PAX (as usual) to Reade st.  Right on Reade heading North, (I graciously returned for the 6) still on running on 5th st.  We pushed north to the shovel flag only to return for the 6, again.  The PAX scrambled around for a couple of minutes to stretch the time and increase the mileage.

Count – a – Rama, Name – a- Rama, Prayers for Elaine, Cheryl, & Jamie. YHC prayed us out with a Thankful Heart!

It is amazing the mileage some of you accumulate on a Sunday morning.  Made Me Late started early to get 15 miles, Shake and Bake and Grammar got around 10 and then there are others that do it all in an hour!  It is a great journey as we all train together….separately!

Peace Brothers!
