It was freezing!!  I was so glad to be back out of the School Yard and was ready to Q.  After two weeks of schedule changes, and sickness, I was ready to rock and roll this am.  Here is how it went down:

“I Get Knocked Down”  SSH then when the chorus says “I Get Knocked Down” you do a burpee.  That started mumblechatter early!

Mosey to Branches across the street for a little four corners action.  4 exercises with 5 reps, then 7, then 9.  Exercises went as follows:

Jump Squats

Burpees (I love burpees, but this is also a way to get Tonka to complain which he does all the time.  This was modified for you!)

Second Round:

Copperhead Squats

Donkey Kicks

Jump Lunge

V-UPS

Mosey back to the track for 2 laps of catch me if you can.  This was fun!

Partner A runs backward while B does 5 merkins then chases down his partner.  Lap 2 legs were absolutely smoked.

Finish 2 laps in 7 minutes to complete the mile.

My M is retaking part 1 of her series 7 exam tomorrow, so prayers up for her tomorrow to crush it!

Today was a lot of fun and mumblechatter was strong.  It is always a honor to Q and I really enjoy it especially when I need a little motivation to post somewhere different then the norm.  Ma Bell has done a great job with this site, and it certainly is in good hands with The Little Mermaid.  Warmer months are coming up fellas, so post some more and start the headlock for Q’s.  Hopefully everybody’s “Longs” or “Lungs” recover whichever you prefer and look forward to seeing you men in the gloom.  Unless your name is Tonka….that guys cries to much :)
