THE THANG:

  • Mosey to Love Island for some Lean Beef (X10 each side) with a trip to the end of the parking lot and back, Heel Calf Raises (X20), Dips (X20), Pistol Squats (X10 each side) with a trip to the end of the parking lot and back between each one.
  • Mosey to the rock pile for super sevens led by each PAX member.
  • Mosey to the bus circle with lunges around alternating with side-ways wheel barrows on the rails. Back pedal to the start. R&R with Karaoke and side-ways wheel barrows.
  • Wall holders, high, medium, and low with each PAX member counting with a lap around bus circle in between each set.
