Warm Up: SSH, Arm Circles, High Knees, Merkins (x10, IC)

THE THANG:

  • Wall for Erkins, Wall Merkins, Derkins, Wall Sits, Pistol Squats (AMRAP while each PAX lunged, back-pedaled, and karaoke down the length of the breezeway and back)
  • Rocks for Curls 4 the Girls, Rock Rows, Over Head Press, and Tricep Extensions. Each PAX led a round of each.
  • Back to the breezeway for intervals of Freddie Mercury, Plank, and Tree Huggers with Merkins, WWI’s, Squat Jumps, Shoulder Touches, and Hallelujahs in between each.
