Abu asked if YHC could Q as he would be away to Q in @Kinston #DoublePlay! YHC obliged and the wheels started turning… Was interested to see if we would have #Broga, but Abu lined that up too. The Broga was challenging, if you haven’t been to one of Asparagus’ led Broga, do yourself a favor and make the next one! He had us in posing in different ways, it felt like we were wrestling ourselves. Was hoping the #Beatdown would be at least that challenging! Swiper and Gazelle (didn’t need the Warm-up) joined us and the numbers were even!
