BI stole this workout from F3Metro and Red Tornado.

We started with a short run and then circled up for the warm up.

Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Squats, 5 Burpees OYO.

We went up the escalator and then back down with a sequence of burpees, diamond merkins, regular merkins, squats and mountain climbers.  Add in 100yd sprints while going up and down the ladder.

We had a 2min rest with a victory lab around the track at Boyd Lee.

We finished with a combination of the “tunnel of love” into a “Carolina railroad.”

We gathered for the COT.  The Pax pushed hard today and stayed together.  Glad to have Lego join us for the workout.  Keep sending prayers and positive thoughts to K&W for a fast recovery.
