Underdog approached me about leading Buildup and I was quick to say Yes.  My goal is to Q more often and do it at all the different locations.  I have ventured out to the Collard Patch and 116 and they are both excellent locations with so many things to do.  I challenge the PAX to get out of their comfort zone and check these out.  It does help to get a change of scenery every now and then.  I was hoping for a good showing and we had 23 show up for this one.  They didn’t know it was going to be about B&B….Bear Crawls and Burpees.  It went a little something like this…

This was a great turnout and a great workout as well as we really tried to work the whole body.  Mumble Chatter was good at times and the men pushed each other well.  Love to lead such a great group of men and try to get the best out of everyone.  Great to see Psycho back in the gloom – he said he go called out on FB live and came out.  FB live is doing a great job and I believe the PAX are enjoying watching them.  Be sure to call some PAX out at each workout.
