The weatherman was calling for 60 degrees this morning, but it was only a foggy 43 when I rolled up to Boyd Lee. In hindsight, I’m glad it wasn’t 60 degrees! The foggy weather didn’t hold back this group…they kept rolling in 23 in total. Well done, men! Even better, we had a FNG and two of our brothers from F3 Raleigh who were in town this fine morning – Enron and Tony Robbins.

- Return to 1st cone and hold plank until all PAX return

- What a turnout guys! I know I speak for not only myself but others when I say that I feel blessed, honored, humbled and thrilled to be part of such a great group of men.
- I mentioned it in GroupMe but didn’t discuss today – Pack 46 is having a pancake breakfast Saturday morning at Rose Hill Baptist Church on County Home Road. Several of our group will be there preparing for the races. We’d love to have you there for coffeerama after the workout on Saturday. It’s $5 per person.
- Today is the last day to vote on the name for the group. As of last night, Scurvy Dogs and Peg Legs were neck in neck. I’m going to ask Tonka to hold off on announcing the name until Friday morning, as our final order of business!
