The Thang

After a brief warm-up, we started with some Jack Webbs, 1:4 ratio up to 10 merkins.  With the arms now worn out we moseyed to the road leading to the circle.  From there we did some Lt. Dans from to the circle.

A quick little stop at the curb for some mountain climbers (50), 1 is 1.

Prior to the workout I had placed 10 solo cups, numbered 1-10.  Cups did not have any beverages in them, last night they did but that’s another story.  The cups were placed in the parking lot on the lines with even numbered cups on one side of the parking lot and the odd numbered cups on the other side.  The cups were spaced such that cup 1 was on one side, cup 2 was on the other side but a couple of parking spaces away, and so on.  This created a zigzag pattern.  With this setup we did Webbicides, but with squats instead of merkins.  Just like suicide drills but 1 squat at first cup, back to start, go to cup 2 but following the zigzag pattern then 2 squats at cup 2, and so on.

Then a quick mosey to the rock pile, choose wisely!  The PAX performed CPR with the rocks; (C)urls, Overhead (P)ress, and (R)aise/tricep extensions.  This was done in 4 count, up to 10.  Rotate 2 spots, repeat, rotate 2 spots repeat.  Then a little bus driving with the rock, some PAX can’t drive.

Mosey back towards the flag.  Broad-jump burpees from one tree to the next and then back.  Then Burp & Merk.  Pyramid up to 10, didn’t make it back down.

We still had some time so a mosey to the benches.  Using the benches, PAX locked their feet under the seat and did situps (20 count in cadence) x 2 or 3, I forget.

A mosey back to the flag, 30 seconds to go.  A couple of quick sprints and we hit 6:15

Redbox will be Q at BLP this Friday

Moleskin

My hands are tired from typing so much.  Every Q has their own style.  For me, I like to keep as many PAX together throughout the entire workout by limiting the size of where the workout is performed.  This usually increases the mumblechatter a little.
