Prayer Requests: Paul who had a double lung transplant, PAX out sick, BRR teams, America, praise for this group, praise for Five Guy’s father home from the hospital after having a stroke

Moleskin: Since I am the Site Q for Boyd Lee Beatdown, I have yet to come out to Kinston. It takes a lot to pull me away from there, as it is my baby, but this was totally worth it. I appreciate you guys embracing me and allowing me to lead you this morning. You guys are on fire and most certainly freed to lead.

This was definitely one of my simpler Qs, but it was effective. F3 is all about giving it away. Every PAX had to the opportunity to lead this morning and did an awesome job. Sure, mistakes were made but we learn more from our mistakes/failures than from our successes. Humility drives a man to change for the better, especially when it benefits the group. After all, it’s not about you. The sequence for calling out the exercises is key to keeping the PAX on the same page and together. Honor that standard. Read up Qing 101 that I shared on Slack and step up to Q. That Q juice is real! Until next time men, see ya in October!
