EC walking through the beautiful village of Farmville was now over and we turned our attention to our flag. We completed the Pledge of Allegiance as the first exercise and broke into lunge mode while doing arm circles forward and backwards towards the cafeteria. Bets were being placed on ATB saying, “Sorry Guys…” YHC did not bet and won the bet. We each took turns in Common Core Counting, The Farmville Standard completing at least ten of (slow and low squats). Merkins and Irkins. Using the magic bars, ATB enjoyed the Irkins; no Dips here. Diamond Irkins. Went to the other side of the bars where with heels on the edge, completed reverse calf raising. Bartman using insight declared, “What’s this do? It’s a Scotty Moe special” was the reply. Then we did in fact do a slew of calf raises. On the Speed bump did knuckle merkins. You’re most welcome!!

Heading now toward the Jaguars ball field, we lunged forward, while doing hallelujahs. After about 40 yards; Reversed Lunged with hallelujahs to the famous Farmville Rock Pile. Two Rocks with a slurry of various positions in which each took turns. Bent Over rowing, Tricepting, Bicepting, Hallelujahs, Arm Circulations forward with the Rocks (Way to go Danielsan).

Head back, Rocks overhead doing more and then more hallelujahs. These Farmville fellas really like counting. Went to the wall for people’s chair with Silverado’s elbow twist errbody has the rage for, BOY BAND move that Scotty Moe had fond memories of and some ‘not worthies’, upper cuts, punching out.

Site Q wanted Mary. Instead, YHC provided WWI’s…….Now, 6:15!!

Travel mercy for ATB heading toward Hagerstown. Hurting PAX. Previously intoxicated people who got really hurt jumping and breaking body parts. There are other ways! Reach out. JESUS certainly is THE ANSWER. Too Blessed to be Stressed. Think on that SELAH!!

Announcing: Grow ruck sign-up and supports. Lunches. Check the website. I want to thank the Farmville Tan and Site and the Mathwiz for having the Cut.

…Oh and ORCA? ORCA lost his sheath and it was hanging out the back of the Cut’s Truck
