What a great morning. Some of us started out the day with BROGA, which was lead by Abu, because done of us could do it. I feel personal that Abu goes home and laughs at of us, but that is OK I have my plan to get back at Abu. I know I can take him bench press or shoulder press, I just need y’all help and trick him into it and I can be voted the Strongest Brother in the Pax (HAHAHAHA ((evil laugh)).

Warm – up (Manly way) JACK WEBB! It was epic!!

Da Thung

  • Run to the hill and do 11’s up and down the hill with squats and monkey himpers
  • Next bear crawl down the hill and do 10 WWII, followed by army crawl up the hill and do 20WWII
  • Next we did a MONSTER suicide burpee ladder run in the bottom parking lot. To do this exercise we need to run to from one set of parking spaces and back to starting line. Everytime you made it back to the starting line you did a burpee and went up by one every time. By the end we did 11 burpees, that was a big parking lot! Also, if you half-ass a workout it is now called String Beaning it (we all know who is half-assing it!)
  • Lastly we ran back to the flags and ran the stairs three times, until it was 6:15am

  • We prayed for Abu’s M for her working out to help High Blood pressure (it must be tough being married to Abu).
