The plan was simple.

Ruck a half mile.

Half a ladder.

Half a ladder.

The PAX partnered up after lining up youngest to oldest then peeling off from the ends to find your partner.

*Note- There is a lot of Double Respect, Respect, and knocking on Respect’s door out at Ruck Ready :)

YHC clocked out a half mile and the leader started with Rucks Overhead and the back of the line counted out 30 seconds and then took then front of the line.

The leaders got to choose the direction of the route.

After half a mile, we circled up for half a ladder.

First ladder was Merkins, Squats, and Ruck Tar Jies.

Second ladder was Curls, Flutter Kicks, and Triceps extensions.

We made it back by 0615.

YHC closed us in prayer.
