Abu approached YHC last week and asked if I would be willing to Q a run strong. After a long absence from F3 over the summer, YHC was trying to get back into a little shape before leading the PAX. I felt like I was getting there and that this would be a great way to push me the rest of the week to get ready. I have missed the PAX and I didn’t realize how much I loved to lead the beatdowns and the feeling of the Q juice early in the mornings. I was pumped to put together a workout that would hopefully have the PAX waking up sore and their bodies better off than the day before. I had a great idea as to what I wanted to do and it went a little something like this.
Warmup
10 High Knees IC
10 Butt Kickers IC
20 Merkins IC

Mosey to Chemistry Building on campus
Partner UP
1 Partner Runs Stairs
1 Partner does 5 Burpees, 10 Squats, 25 hallelujahs until partner gets back
Rinse and Repeat
5 Burpess for one PAX doing exercises how he wanted to do them

Mosey to bottom of College Hill
Wimpy Legs – 10 squat Jumps, 10 Squat Lunges, 10 mule Kicks
Run up College Hill
10 Merkins, 10 squats, 10 Carolina Dry Docks
Run Back down College Hill
Wimpy Legs – 10 squat Jumps, 10 Squat Lunges, 10 mule Kicks
Run backwards up College Hill

Mosey back to Flag to bottom of Hill in parking Lot
Pair up in Three’s
One partner bear crawl up hill and run back to partner 2
Partner Two jumps rope then to Partner 3
Partner Three Merkins to Bear Crawl
R&R until 6:15

This was a great workout and it was great to see each other pushing one another through the workout. It was also nice to see a couple 2.0’s in the mix and how great of shape they are in. This workout was tough but the PAX prevailed and I can say there was no merlot to be found. My goal this year is to have more merlot at the workouts. Great job by all and a great start to Halloween!!!
