The Thang

10 High Knees IC

10 Frankensteins IC

Quick directions about circling for the 6 throughout the workout every time we come to a new street. Then we departed on Elm St. toward N. Overlook Dr. We ran the length of N. Overlook took a left on Brownlea (though some PAX heard Brownie which made them start thinking about the NAG groups). We crossed 14th, took a right on to E. Wright and followed it all the way to 10th St. At 10th we took a left and ran back to Elm and then over to the hill on Brookgreen. We ran 4 or 5 hill repeats, then moved to the hill by the snack shop in Elm St. Park and ran down and back twice before the clock struck 6:15. Overall, most PAX got between 3 and 5 miles as promised.

Moleskin

This workout was designed so that the faster guys would get all the mileage they could want, while still keeping the 6 within eyesight. I mentioned that I’ve been the 6 a lot in the past, but nobody has ever left me alone and that’s what I love about F3. So today I wanted to celebrate that and remind everyone that it isn’t about me and it isn’t about you, it’s about the man standing beside you when you wake up in the gloom. Thanks for the opportunity guys.
