The Thang:

  1. Warm-Up- Pledge of Allegiance, Side Straddle Hops, Arm Circles, Don Quixotes, Squats, Merkins, Cotton (Collard) Pickers
  2. Indian Run around the track to break the chill. Finish at the Shelter.
  3. Shelter Arms and Legs- Dips, Step Ups, Urkins, Bulgarian Squat, Picnic Bench Squat.
  4. Mosey to rock pile for game of “Rock Potato”.  When the rock comes to you, do a Goblet Squat.  If music stopped, leave circle and hold a plank.  Continue planking while music plays, until last man standing.  Congrats to winner FNG @Hotpotato.
  5. Make our way to the football field for some 1-2-3 LBC’s.  Partner Up.  100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBC’s.  One partner runs to 50 yard line and back, other partner does exercise.
  6. Short time remaining, wanted to try something new.  Head to parking lot.  Grab a parking space, 1 PAX per space.  A Merkin Indian Run.  Person at first space runs to end, yells DOWN.  Everyone does 1 merkin.  Next person runs to end, yells DOWN.  Repeat until time.
  7. Run back to the flag. 3 minutes of Marys, PAX choice.
  8. 6:15 End.
