As time was getting close to 0530, the PAX were wondering where Mr. Fruity Pebbles was at, wondering was he here already or when he might would show up. Little did they know Fruity reached out to YHC and asked if I could step in and help him out with a Q. YHC was welcome to be a pinch hitter for my brother. Time came and YHC welcomed everyone, gave the disclaimer and we were rocking.

Warmup: Good Mornings, 5 Burpees for the 2 PAX who walked in a couple minutes late from their EC ruck…, squatted BatWings, Side Straddle Hops, Merkins, and Squats.

The Thang: We did series of 3 exercises with approx. 20 reps each. After the sets of 3’s we took a small breather. All while rocking out to music from the band Red.

Curls – Deadlift – Overhead Press
Lunges – Rows (right and left) – Goblet Squats
Russian Swings – Reverse Lunge – Halos
Snatch – Around the World – Tricep Extensions
American Hammer – WW1 (w/ KB) – Flutter Kicks (w/ KB overhead)

Cool Down – Mall Walked around the parking lot

Rinse and Repeat

Ended with good ole “Sally Up / Sally Down”
