17 Pax braved 32 degree temps this morning as YHC prepared for my final F3ENC Q before heading to Charlotte next week for the big move. It’s a bittersweet change as the M takes on a new career path and YHC goes from the Prison division to the Highway Patrol. It’s a big change in so many ways and the biggest will be building new relationships that I have formed over the last 10 years. I’ve been a part of F3ENC going on 4 years. The Pax have been so influential and encouraging. They have made a positive and lasting change in me like no other group has. I will miss everyone dearly.

The Thang:

YHC decided on a tried and true route with a little change. The Hooker Rd. loop has always been a go-to and since we have been running mostly west of the AO, I figured going east for a change would be nice. The only change was adding a little extension off Red Banks Rd. and turn back up Arlington. Some of the slower Pax decide to cut off the extension and continue down Greenville Blvd. Three ruckers took off to RJ’s Famous Chicken & BBQ for 2 miles. Most of the runners finished right at  5 miles for those who went back for the six.

On The Go Map

COT:

  • All the injured and recover Pax
  • My big move to the big city
