I like to mix things up when I Q so the track was out. However, I did not realize how much we would run to the different sites, and I put running into the workout. Am I considering a run Q? Nope, but I don’t mind mixing running with an upper-body workout.

  • 25 Durkins    then sprint to end of the parking lot, 1 Burpee, sprint back
  • 25 Dips     same as above
  • 25 Erkins  same as above
  • 20 Step-ups – each leg count as 1

Moseyed to back of the Aycock School behind the buses

  • 7s  Imperial Walker at bottom of hill,  bear crawl up and Plank Jacks at top, mosey down

Moseyed to the wall

  • 10 count Peoples Chair    10 count BTW

Finished with a couple of Marys
