THE THANG:

  • Hill for 7’s. Merkins at the top and squats at the bottom
  • Wall by the bus circle for Balls 2 the Wall and Pistol Squats while each PAX runs a victory lap
  • Rocks for Curls for the girls, Rock Rows, American Hammers, Tricep Extensions (AMRAP) while each PAX runs to the speed bump and back
  • Bleachers for Clorox Merkins, Dips, and Foot Release squats (x10, IC)
  • Victory Lap around the parking lot for the middle school.
