Da Thung – Four counters – at each counter do 20 of an exercise, then lunge to next counter, run backwards to next counter, Lunge again, Run backwards, you get the idea. Counter 1 – WWi, Counter 2 Squats, Counter 3 – WWII, Counter 4 Hallelujah. We did it around the parking lot twice! Next we did 11’s from the flag to the first tree with Merkins at one side and WWII at the other side. The kicker is we bear crawled from side to side, unless you want to be like String Bean and lunge. Next we Indian run around the parking lot a few times until we found a awesome hill. At the we did a seven Jacob ladder of Merkins on the hill. Last we jail broke to the flag with a double run up the hill.
