I was about two minutes late this morning due to some “paperwork” this morning. Thanks to the PAX for not giving up on me and to Scotty Moe for making me get back out!

Warm Up: SSH, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers, Plank Jacks (X15 each)

The Thang:

  • Mosey to back lot behind Elementary school for two rounds (R&R) of 4 corners including wide arm merkins, WWII’s, Mountain Climbers, and Ranger Merkins (X20 each)
  • Mosey to the Presbyterian Church for ladders in the parking lot running to each spot with ranger merkins at each spot and lunges back. R&R with Squats and back pedals.
  • Mosey to the front of the middle school for laps by each PAX member while the rest of the crew did AMRAP of Squats, LBCs, and Carolina Dry Docks.
  • Mosey back to SF for a set of Burpees, Erkins, and Derkins (X10 each).

Finished off the morning with a meet up at Bojangles.
