Scotty, Bench and I took off at 0600 for some miles around the village, strolled in at 0700, Bench took off to the ball field and ATB rolled in at 0702.  Workout was broken up in 3 sections.

ATB part: grab a rock and head to the island of love for some exercises then mosey back to the rock pile.

Scotty part: 100 KB swings, 200 KB curls, 300 KB Tricep extensions.

Bartman part: 1 mile run
