KB Shoulder Press (from knees) x20

Simgle arm cross body KB Curl. X10 each arm

Over head KB tricep extension. X20

Single leg RDL x10 (each arm)

Run 2 Laps.

Lots of great moments during the workout. First we had my poor F3 language and terms, followed by lots of great laughs and many movie quotes..Ace Ventura, and dumb and dumber mostly. I KO’d myself after the two laps. Instructing and working out are much harder than I anticipated. Thankfully ABU finishes it up for me. Thanks to all the guys that came out to my VQ. I certainly got better today, and I hope you all did too. Look forward to many more Qs.

Prayer request:

We had many prayer request closing out our workout. We had ABU with his in-laws in town. This was not a prayer for sanity, but more of a praise and thanfulness to have them in town to spend time with baby crock! Next we had a prayer request from Mr belding for his neighbor john who is battling cancer. Me belding asked to keep John strong and positive through his fight with cancer. Duff also sent up prayers for a young man battling cancer, Levi. Piper sent up request for a young football player at Connelly who had a season ending leg injury.
