THE THANG:

Mosey to middle school square lot for 4 corners with Box Jumps, Merkins, Squats, and WWI’s starting with 10 and increasing reps by 5 at each corner. R&R but backwards.

Mosey to bus circle for Pull-ups (which turned into dips for realistic purposes), Erkins and Pistol Squats at the rail (AMRAP) while each PAX member ran around the bus circle and back (first run was to stop sign and back).

Back at the main lot near SF, Even Suicides (Even lot spaces, even reps) with running forward, back pedal back. At each space American Hammers. R&R with Ranger Merkins.
