Yesterday at Ruck Ready, Joker let the pax on one of the GUERRILLA OPS August rucking challenge workouts. YHC decided to take the pax through workout #2 the hammer.

   BUY IN:

 Partner Carry/Sandbag Carry As a team, cumulatively complete a 400m Buddy Carry (or sandbag). Swap weight at any time.

 THEN:

As a 2 man team perform the following exercises combined reps.

 – 300 ruck swings

– 300 sit-ups (no ruck)

– 200 lunges

– 200 overhead shoulder press

 BUY OUT:

 400M
