YHC asked Bartman to Q since it was the start of the ECU football season. What better way then to have Scotty Moe lead the pax of Farmville. It went something like this.

The Thang

YHC attended 2 Noonan Q’s this past week and wanted to take his escalator ideas and make this workout an escalator workout. Each station would have 4 exercises that go from 5-10-15-20 and repeating the previous at each new one, if you were man enough to do the Squatch it was the workout at ESP. Mosey to the ‘U” for round 1. 5-squats 10- lunges 15- jump squats 20- pistol squats. Mosey to the tennis courts for round 2 which was 5-LBC 10- American hammers 15-WW1 20- 4ct flutters. Mosey around the school to the track for round 3 which was 5- murks 10-urks 15-dry docks 20- durks. Mosey for a cool down lap around the track. Mosey back to the parking lot for round 4 5-burps 10-plank jacks 15-2ct Mtn climbers 20- 4ct Hallelujahs (IC). Everybody’s favorite came next with the flag run down the street and back. Finished with a burpee ladder to 8. Mary was SSH by Dark Webb and 2 min plank from Wall Street.
