Announcements
YHC mentioned some of the visions YHC has for BlastOff. One being that workouts should be fun, you should want to come out to have fun with your brothers, no matter how hard the workout is. Other visions will continue to be shared

This was not mentioned at the workout but YHC just wanted to take a few moments to just put a few things to print. First YHC wants to express how lucky we are to have F3 in our lives. This group means so much to each of us and we each need each other more than most are willing to admit.
There are not many places in our culture that will allow men to be vulnerable. Men are always the strong ones and have everything figured out. I bet your Dad never asked for directions on the family trip. He was too proud and would look weak to his family. But reality is we need directions as much or even more than anyone else. The point YHC is trying to make is that we do not have all the answers all the time.
We need others to help us.
Just helping yourself is not enough.
Do things that get you to step out of your comfort zone.
Be willing to ask for and accept help.
Ask others how things are going.
Let others know that you are available to them.
Get to know PAX at workarounds that you do not know that well.

Thanks for taking a few minutes to read this. YHC has more things to express and will continue to use our forums to hopefully help others and continue to improve myself.
