station work while one station hangs signs for the United Way Project

YHC station was 5 burpees, 10 merkins and 15 squats

early bird station was ab work and pied Piper had the hardest job making sure the pax hung the signs properly while making the extras wall sit.

Service project Saturday

Pied Piper and Abu had asked me during the week if I would still Q a different location instead BLB where I agreed to last week.  I was not quick to respond because you know sometimes people do not like change.  I have a lot of change going on at work so at first I was hesitant but I gave my word so I fully committed.  YHC had an outstanding time and Pied Piper made the project easy for any novice handy man to complete (ha ha).  I got to see old friends and make some new friends plus I got to introduce them to a Saturday style workout.  In the end remember “it’s not about you”
