We circle up and warm up sets of SSH, merkins, and 5 quick burpees.

Workout:

We run from the flag, past the gym to the bottom of a grass hill.  We do a Jacobs Ladder up and down the hill with burpess.  We go up to a set of 7 burpees.  We plank for the 6.  Before moving on we complete a set of urkins on the curb.

We run back towards the flag and line up in the parking lot for the nex, t part.

We do different exercises through the parking lot sections.  We start with 5 bupees, run to the next section, do 10 merkins, run, 15 squats, run 20 MCs, run 25 PJs.  Plank for the 6.

Run one lap around the stadium.

LIne back up in the parking lot before going back down the progression.

We  to diamond merkins, 10 wide merkins, 10 regular merkins.

Starting with the 25 PJs, we start back down the progression with MCs, squats, merkins and burpees.

Run a lap around the stadium.

We circle up around the concrete benches for a set of urkins and a set of derkins.

End with sets of Mary:  Freddie Mercuys, dollys, WW2s, round of guantanmo, and WW1s on your own.

 

What a great morning for a workout.  It was a little muggy but pushing hard made the sweat and heat feel good.  Great turnout by the pax for a Monday morning.  I enjoyed seeing everyone push themselves hard and get something out of workout.  I don´t want anyone to feel short changed.  Go get you 10 count now, the workout is over,
