It’s always fun to Q at Ruck Ready. During EC we noticed the trails were completely flooded so YHC had to make some slight adjustments.

0515 Pledge of Allegiance

First exercise Thrusters 3X10

Ruck to the shelter area and partner up (YHC had MaBell who is a great partner)

Partner A- Ruck to Abbey Road crosswalk (named for the Beatles album cover) no shuffling aloud while Partner B- performs ruck get-ups 3X each

Partner A-  Shuffle to Abbey Road crosswalk while Partner B- holds Ruck overhead 3X each

Head to the shelter and find a picnic table for an AMRAP. 5 bench squats 1 pull up as you go up and over and 4 Bulgarian split squats on the other side (2 each leg)

Head to the senior Center parking lot, Bear Crawl and perform 5 squats at each line. PAX did an excellent job coming back for the 6.

Head to the awning and line up for a Native American run, 1 lap and everyone got a turn. After the lap we performed 3 super sets of 10 flutter kicks with rucks OH and 10 V ups.

Round 2 Native American run, 1 lap then perform 3 super sets of ruck curls (7’s) and 21 OH tricep extensions.

Line up for sprints. Sprint to the halfway point of the senior lot and walk back, rinse and repeat 5X
