Warm up- 10 burpees

Workout- Split Pax in 2 groups. 1 group did repeating small loop indian runs around Elm Street Park, and every time that group got to the parking, they did 10 pushups.

The other group did an indian loop from elm street, down 10th, up college hill to 14th, down 14th to elm and back to the parking lot. When this group got done, the groups switched.

Once both groups finished both loops. We did the loops again, this time oyo. The small loop around elm street was modified where the group would do 5 exercises of their choice in the parking lot, then would do an indian run loop, then do 5 exercises again until the big loop group got done.

All in all, about 4-5 miles.

I appreciate every one pushing themselves and staying together. Today was almost strictly running, I know some guys hate it. But today was all about pushing yourself because there wasn’t much recovery. Thank you to everyone and Abu for giving me the opportunity to Q.
