Clydesdales invade the frozen tundra

Since it’s the last Thursday of the year, YHC decided to call my own number and Q for the Clydesdales. The weather forecast was calling for mid 20’s and Mother Nature didn’t disappoint.  We had 5 show up for a little 4:40 EC Ruck through campus and 8 more waiting by the flag when we returned. The clock struck 5:30 and here’s how it went down.

The Thang:

 

Mosey to tennis court hill for 11’s bear crawl up with Jump Squats and WWII’s

 

Mosey to the bus stop meadow for Dora 1-2-3

100 Merkins partner gallop to tree and back

200 dips partner back petal to tree and run back

300 hallelujahs partner side shuffle to tree and back

 

Mosey to the other side of the meadow for Suicides at parking signs with 5 squats at each sign.

Rinse and repeat with 5 merkins at each sign

 

PAX then was assessed a 5 burpee penalty because Mayhem was in time today

 

Mosey to the flag for Mary exercises and at 6:14 jailbreak from the flag to the top of the stairs and back to finish up extra strong.

Great effort and enthusiasm by the PAX who posted at Coop Stronghold on a cold windy morning. A great attitude and mindset makes all the difference and YHC was glad to be among a group of HIM’s. A few PAX even went shirtless for the photo.

Special shout out to Bartman and Scotty Moe for making the trip from Farmville for EC at 0440. They post most days and are going to be great leaders at the Farmville AO once it gets going. Let’s give them our support when we launch next week and show the folks in Farmville what F3 is all about. Stay tuned for clown car announcements.
