While getting the legs pounded yesterday, YHC was thinking running wouldn’t be a good idea. String Bean reached out for Q’s and since YHC only ran one day last week, YHC thought in that moment that the soreness wasn’t so bad so why not. Noonan stepped up to take the run Q!
The Run Thang
We went down 1st then right onto Reade and the leaders (for the day were Captain Obvious and Grout) turned around at 5th Street, when they got to you turn around and head back with them.
We went left onto 1st, then left onto Cotanche to 10th Street, leaders turned around, when they got to you turn around and head back with them.
We went left onto 1st, then left onto Evans to 14th Street, leaders turned around, when they got to you turn around and head back with them.
We went left onto 1st, then left onto S Washington to 5th Street, leaders turned around, when they got to you turn around and head back with them.
We went left onto 1st, then left onto Green to Evans, leaders turned around, when they got to you turn around and head back with them.
We went left onto 1st, then left onto Pitt to wherever time would allow, leaders turned around, when they got to you turn around and head back to the #ShovelFlag with them.
The Rucker Thang
They rucked around some of the same streets we did. They made it to the top of the 4th Street Parking Deck and over the Nipple.

YHC praised that no one was hurt on the run, but prayer request that we light it up! Purchase a Nox Gear (use code F3NFIA for a 35% discount) and Headlamp, then make sure to wear them.
Noonan closed us in prayer.

Though some were late and looked highly confused when the run plan was explained, it was followed close to perfection! Thanks to Captain Obvious for being sure to lead the PAX. What a stud to be able to run like he did after yesterday’s leg beatdown. The weather was great and the ruckers took some awesome pics along the way!
