Run Route:

– From the flag, run 1st St towards 5th St

– Right on 5th St

– 5th St towards Cotanche St

– Right on Cotanche St

– Cotanche St back to the flag

We ran the route twice (2x) for a total of 6-miles.

 

Ruck Route:

Through campus to top of the parking garage 

Out to the top of the downtown parking garage 

Back to town common for 1 big lap
