After some very sad trash talk by String Bean the stage was set for a Q vs Q show down! String Bean had #THERUSH and I had #THEGOODFIGHT. It was no challenge at all for I had a plan for a killer workout.

Warm-up

  • 20 Merkins
  • Burpee circle with high knees, here you go around the circle with everyone calling down. When down is yelled out by a pax’s member everyone does a burpee and for more fun we do high knees waiting for everyone to call out down
  • Next run to the tear drop and back

Da thung

  • first work on upper body we did the following upper body exercises until I called “Burpee”. After yelling this everyone had to stop the their current exercise and do one burpee. Then we jump right into the next exercise I called. Between each staged we ran to the tear drop and back.
  • Upper body – Kettle bell swings, up right rows, shoulder press, shoulder raises, bent-over rows
  • Run to tear drop
  • Lower body – Gobbet squats, lunges, calf raises and dead lifts
  • Run to the tear drop
  • Arms – curls, triceps extensions, curls, triceps extensions
  • Run to tear drop
  • Do upper body, lower body and curls all over again quicky
  • Do a round of Mary with Flutter Kicks, Heels to Heaven and WWII

I made the workout very tough by have no breaks. Jump from exercise to exercise. Also the mix in run was a plan I had to increase very one heart rate so that you could feel the exercise. Lastly the a fun part of the Q was talking trash with String Bean. I see String Bean as a great brother and true friend, which make what we do on Tweeter as fun. I do hope he will challenge me on the Q vs Q at the Sand Lot soon.
