IMG_1135This was my first in person Q. The other one was virtual. My winkie got wet from the pools of sweat from everyone else so I don’t have exactly what we did but it was 4 super sets after a warmup with Mary at the end. The exercises went from 5 to 10 to 15 to 20 reps. It was a good workout. I enjoyed the opportunity to Q from Candy Cane!
